Raquel is the Owner and Master Stylist behind Blueprint Hair Studio, bringing over 22 years of experience in the hairstyling industry and more than 12 years as a salon owner. Pivot Point trained, Raquel has continued to advance her craft through ongoing professional education and hands-on experience. Throughout her career, Raquel has developed a passion for weddings, special events, and creating beautiful, personalized styles for each client. She believes occasion styling is an art—no two looks are exactly the same, yet each carries a touch of her signature style. After more than two decades behind the chair, Raquel continues to evolve as both a stylist and business owner, combining her experience, creativity, and passion for the beauty industry as she leads Blueprint into its next chapter.

Casey is a Bermudian master stylist and graduate of the Aveda Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. With 10 years at Blueprint, she specializes in cutting, custom color, natural hair care, and silk presses. Passionate about healthy hair, Casey especially enjoys maintaining curls and helping clients achieve beautiful, healthy results. She looks forward to welcoming new clients and creating styles that complement their unique look and lifestyle.

With over 21 years of experience in the hair industry, Meghan is a talented Bermudian stylist with a passion for creativity and helping her clients look and feel their best. City & Guilds certified and Pivot Point trained at Marca College in Toronto, Canada, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every appointment. Specializing in precision cutting, creative coloring, balayage, and ombré techniques, Meghan loves bringing her clients' visions to life. Whether it's a subtle transformation or a bold, vibrant look, she enjoys experimenting with color and creating styles that reflect each client's personality. Meghan is also highly experienced in working with naturally curly hair, making her a versatile stylist who confidently caters to a wide range of hair types and textures.

I am a Senior Advanced Stylist who has a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, healthy hair. My career started as a salon assistant at just 13 years old and further shaped through training at the Charles Worthington Salons in London. She specializes in luxury blonding, creating beautiful bridal looks, precise barbering, and am also passionate about all bespoke colour and styling services. She combines technical expertise with a personalised approach to create looks tailored to each client. What she loves most is the trust my clients place in me and the genuine connections built in the chair. Whether you're preparing for your wedding day, refreshing your colour, or seeking a complete transformation, she will be happy to welcome you and create a look you'll love.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to her craft. She began her professional journey training at Andrew Collinge College in Liverpool, England, building a strong foundation that has shaped the stylist she is today. Kristen specializes in advanced colour techniques, including balayage, highlights and babylights, as well as precision cutting, styling and blow-drying. Beyond creating beautiful hair, Kristen believes the client experience is just as important as the finished look. She strives to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every client feels comfortable, valued and confident, leaving the salon feeling their absolute best.

With a genuine love for the profession, Camrae is excited to share her expertise and passion for hairstyling with each and every client that sits in her chair. After graduating from London Hair Academy in 2019, she has taken interest in natural hair, coloring and extensions. Whether it's a bold and vibrant color transformation, a seamless extension installation, or embracing and enhancing the beauty of natural hair, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that leave clients feeling confident and empowered.

Having always had a passion for hair and beauty, Sharon decided to pursue her dream and make a career change, studying hair and joining the hair industry. She understands how changing your look can change your mood and wants to provide the best experience for all her clients, making them feel confident and happy when they leave her chair. Sharon is Pivot Point trained in Canada and looks forward to continuing to learn new things, hone her skills and expand her career in Bermuda with the Blueprint team.

Azaire is a Bermudian hair stylist who graduated in 2020 from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Atlanta. She completed the cosmetology programme, gaining certification in hair, skin and nails. Azaire has had 3 years experience as a shampoo assistant before heading off the school. She has also worked on models for Bermuda fashion week, Japan Fest in Atlanta and the "Stranger Things" cast. Azaire enjoys coloring, cutting and helping clients maintain healthy hair. Her goal as a hairdresser is to make every client's experience enjoyable and relaxing while in the salon.

With an extreme love and passion for all things beauty and hair since youth, she knew it was her calling. Pivot Point trained and a 2025 graduate from Marca College. She is a true believer in “when you look good, you feel good” and that is my goal for each and every client who graces her chair and trusts me with their natural hair styles, haircuts, hair color, pixies, bombshell blowouts and much more!
